- work closely with clients to develop, present and manage financial plans
- lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their objectives, needs and comprehensive financial picture
- work within a team of colleagues to adapt, improve and best serve the client and team needs
- develop and maintain relationships with clients and advisors to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere and
- have or be able to develop a deep understanding of MoneyGuidePro financial planning software
Your team
You will be a part of dedicated team of financial planning professionals at the Burish Group. We help high net
worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through a holistic wealth
management approach by delivering products and services specifically tailored for their needs. As a wealth
strategy associate, your role will be critical to ensuring the team delivers world class service to each and every
client.

Your expertise
- series 7 and 66 licenses
- ideally 5 years of experience in client service within the financial services
- bachelor's degree or equivalent
- CFP® professional or Candidate for CFP® certification
- excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
- analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
- team player with a willingness to learn, grow and receive feedback
- self-motivated.
