Pay : $10 per hour plus commission
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively sell Strata's fiber internet services to residential customers in Providence, Utah.
- Sign up new customers on-site, ensuring they understand the benefits of fiber internet and the various packages available.
- Track sales efforts and maintain a record of customer interactions to ensure accurate commission-based payouts.
- Understand and articulate Strata’s value proposition, including our role in the Providence Fiber Network and the benefits of fiber internet over traditional broadband options.
- Be knowledgeable about Strata’s internet packages, pricing, and ongoing promotions in the Providence, Utah market.
- Clearly explain the installation process, including potential variations depending on location.
- Guide customers through the sign-up and billing process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market dynamics, keeping up-to-date on local competitors and their offerings.
