We are looking for a US Rare Disease HCP Marketing Lead who is driven by impacting the lives of those dealing with rare diseases, highly collaborative, and executes flawlessly to join our Rare Disease Organization (RDO) team. The position can be in one of our three offices : HQ in Atlanta, GA, Boston, MA, or Raleigh, NC. UCB operates in a hybrid model.
About the role
The US RDO Marketing Lead will play a key role in shaping HCP strategy to ensure UCB is optimizing patient value for those struggling with the symptoms and impact of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG).
The successful candidate will assist in building UCB's leadership position in the gMG market, specifically leading the HCP marketing efforts for newly launched therapies supporting the Account Executive sales team in the field.

Preferred experience
This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $121,900 - $160,000 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
