Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly operations, ensuring all staff adhere to food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen and bar teams to deliver high-quality food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Oversee budgeting processes related to nightly operations, ensuring cost-effective practices are implemented.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train new staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless communication across shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in food preparation and cooking is highly desirable.
