Night Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, inventory control, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nightly operations, ensuring all staff adhere to food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen and bar teams to deliver high-quality food preparation and service.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Oversee budgeting processes related to nightly operations, ensuring cost-effective practices are implemented.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train new staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Experience in food preparation and cooking is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and budgeting processes is an asset.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
