FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $69.65 - $111.44 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Information Technology to oversee technology infrastructure operations. This role involves overseeing data center operations and infrastructure, voice and data networks, Microsoft O365/Azure, and infrastructure operations management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years of relevant experience; 3 years of leadership experience.
  
  

Preferred

• Cisco and\or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Cisco voice and data networks, data center technologies, and EPIC

Summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
