Position Overview :
The Director of Spiritual Care Services leads the departmental efforts to enhance the spiritual well-being of our patients and staff. You will have the chance to shape the direction of our spiritual care programs and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities Include :
- Developing and implementing departmental goals and standards in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Directing and evaluating departmental operations to ensure high-quality spiritual care delivery.
- Managing staffing activities, including hiring, training, evaluating, and fostering continuing education initiatives.
- Providing direct spiritual care services such as counseling, religious rites, and assistance with ethical decision-making.
