Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional pharmacy support utilizing evidence-based protocols and best practices to promote safety at the point of care.
- Effectively partner with multidisciplinary teams to achieve care outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
- Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT).
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent.
