Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform complex ultrasound examinations using cutting-edge technology and equipment.
- Develop and implement effective patient education strategies to promote informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, exam results, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Master's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Active registration as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by ARDMS, or certified in Sonography (S) by ARRT.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
