DescriptionUnder the direction of the Training Manager, the Business and Financial Systems Principal Trainer (PT) is responsible for the overall curriculum for the Workday business systems. This PT will serve as the primary training representative (anchor) between Workday and UCLA Health and will work with the application manager, analysts, business owner, vendor, stakeholders, and other ISS team members. PT is expected to develop, execute, and maintain the training program for Workday application. The principal trainer is an integral project team member, participating in workflow design, engagement, and educational activities. With this, the PT is expected to analyze, develop, test, and maintain the training curriculum. In addition, they manage updates to policy and procedure documentation related to training, conduct staff training, update asynchronous training materials, and manage training change management for any software upgrades and updates.
