We are seeking a talented Business
Systems Analyst to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our
financial systems and processes. This high-impact position requires a deep
understanding of healthcare finance, operations, and technology to drive
process improvements and enable informed decision-making across the
organization.
As a Business Systems Analyst,
you will lead and execute projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams,
and act as a subject matter expert for financial systems, ensuring operational
excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a team lead and primary liaison between Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
Manage and enhance financial systems, including Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions and system specifications.
Drive system implementations, integrations, and updates, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
Conduct testing, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain documentation for financial processes and systems.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative solutions that improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Advanced expertise in Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
Strong foundation in data analytics, SQL, and financial reporting.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial processes, and system integrations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
