Our Financial Services Team is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our financial systems and processes. This high-impact position requires a deep understanding of healthcare finance, operations, and technology to drive process improvements and enable informed decision-making across the organization.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will lead and execute projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert for financial systems, ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a team lead and primary liaison between Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and enhance financial systems, including Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions and system specifications.
- Drive system implementations, integrations, and updates, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain documentation for financial processes and systems.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative solutions that improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance,Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced expertise in Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
- Strong foundation in data analytics, SQL, and financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial processes, and system integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
