CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The top-ranking official who is responsible for overall management of the agency, including strategic leadership, financial management, public representation, team management, and operational management. Well-established, progressive nonprofit located in Genesee and Orleans counties, offering help to those impacted by substance use disorder through prevention, treatment, residential, detox, and recovery services for almost 50 years. Approximate $13 million budget with 160 employees. Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or social science field; Master’s preferred. Must be licensed and / or credentialed (LCSW, LMHC, CASAC, CPP, etc.). Must have at least ten years of increasing supervisory and management experience in the substance use and / or mental health field.
Pre-employment background / post-offer drug screening required for new applicants. Must be addiction-free, have a valid NYS license, and a method of transportation. CARF & NHSC accredited. EOE.
