We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience and be responsible for analysis, design, and product management with an emphasis on data management.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Application Integration Lead, developers, and data analytics team to support new/existing custom applications.
· Example of project scope involves, but is not limited to, developing and implementing strategies for digitizing paper-based forms, ensuring a smooth transition to electronic forms.
· Work closely with departments to understand their specific requirements and identify the best solution for the information being collected and how the information will be used for decisions.
· Proactively meet with various disciplines to understand the data and automation challenges they face.
· Work with members of the infrastructure, cyber, compliance, and development disciplines on the technical aspects of implementations.
· Contribute to governance committees defining new review/approval processes and identify procedural changes.
· Ability to translate between the technical jargon of developers and the business jargon of customers without losing context of the issue or goal.
Experience:
· Due to requirements of federal government contracts, must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with the ability to remain and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
· Conducting self-directed analysis of business processes and data analysis
· Full life-cycle product/application management from initial requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
· Experience with SQL and Oracle database; PowerBI, SSRS, or other reporting platforms
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Detail-oriented with a focus on data analysis
· Customer-focused problem solver
· Comfortable working with scope from a variety of disciplines: engineering, environmental, procurement, financial, human resources systems data
· Strong time-management skills
· Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
· Business Analyst or Project Management certifications
· Experience with Python or R Language
· Experience with Master Data Management architecture
· Experience with Agile product management

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or IT-related field and 10 years of experience in IT; or Associate’s degree or technical diploma/degree in Information Technology and 14 years of relevant experience in IT; or 18 years of Enterprise level IT experience in an administration, support and/or oversight capacity

Pay: $83,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
