Oilfield Environmental Control Foreman
We are currently seeking to hire an Environmental Control Foreman to provide leadership for all functions of the environmental management crews. This person will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that environmental control management tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. We offer competitive pay.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee, manage, lead, and motivate a team of Environmental Control Technicians.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team’s success.
- Schedule and coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Implement and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure the working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure environmental control practice, and safety adherence to OSHA regulations
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper use of environment control equipment.
- Plan and implement environmental control strategies, and control measures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of environmental control efforts.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and budget.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to address any issues or concerns
