What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Asst. position at UCSF Health?
of filing, recording, documenting, phone, email and face to face communications and follow-up to and with all Customers. Other duties as assigned.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $29.03 - $41.55 (Hourly Rate).

Required Qualifications
- This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Health locations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience
- Knowledge of Computer software programs – ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, establish priorities and organize work load
- Must have a high level of maturity and emotional intelligence in applying policies and precedence to unusual situations

- Apex, Service Now - MCSS Work Order System, Bear Buy, Docu-sign, PMM
