UCT is currently seeking a HR Systems & Reporting Analyst to manage our HR system integrations and reporting in a Remote role. Responsibilities include management of UKG Pro / UltiPro integrations to other systems, supporting reporting for business-critical processes, project management, documenting critical business processes and partnering with various stakeholders and external vendors to ensure business requirements are being met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR System integrations, file feeds and other automation via SFTP, API, etc.
- Serve as lead and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR System integrations and implementation projects
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather system requirements and identify areas for system enhancement to improve overall HR processes
- Partner with IT business stakeholders to support middleware used for integrations and other IT driven projects with HRIS dependencies
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues between the HR System and other systems e.g., SAP, Litmos, etc.
- Facilitate and project manage various HR / HRIS projects (scoping, planning and scheduling) with key stakeholders
- Support data analysis and advanced reporting using various reporting tools like Business Intelligence, PowerBI, etc.
- Support creation, validation, and execution of scheduled and custom / published HR reporting
- Identify areas where HRIS systems can be leveraged, extended, processes can be changed / automated or existing solutions can be enhanced
- Develop business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents
- Document specifications for integration and data migration activities
- Create and update business process flows as needed
- Facilitate integration and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress for projects and production support
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
