Udall CPA Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our professional team. This role is at the heart of our operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing critical support to our firm’s leaders and staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the firm’s ambassador by welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls with poise, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members or handling them independently when possible.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
- Maintain and update client information in Practice software with precision.
- Coordinate the intake and organization of client tax documents, ensuring seamless processing.
- Prepare and process completed tax returns for delivery, including coordinating payment vouchers.
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring seamless coordination.
- Reconcile credit card receipts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle office supply procurement to maintain a well-equipped and professional workspace.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm.
Compensation:
