Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a background enabling them to effectively understand and meet client needs.
Duties
- Communicate with customers to receive and process orders accurately
- Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
- Tracks orders for customers and resolve shipping issues
- Coordinate scheduling of carrier pickups
- Must have knowledge of vendor compliance related to major retailers
- Familiarity with standard inventory control
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments
- Maintain and update customer files
- Follow-up with orders in progress and address outstanding issues
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of vendor compliance for major department stores
- Applicant must have minimum 2 years experience in logistic and warehousing
- Excellent math and data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to be a liaison between the company and it’s clients
- Must be able to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Must handle customer issues with a sense of urgency
- Must possess relevant computer skills (MS Office Suite) with proficiency in Excel
- Experience in accounts receivable and/or accounting is a plus
