Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Investor Relations Manager to lead our fundraising efforts. In this role, you will connect with potential investors, introduce them to UEX Capital's vision, identify accredited investors, build lasting relationships, and help us grow our assets under management (AUM).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Potential Investors: Target and reach out to accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices.
- Articulate Our Vision: Clearly communicate our fund’s vision, goals, and the investment opportunities we offer.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop trust with potential investors and keep them informed about our progress.
- Generate Leads: Utilize networking, referrals, and industry events to expand our list of potential investors.
- Develop Pitch Materials: Create compelling presentations and communications tailored for investors.
- Provide Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from investors and track the progress of fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, fundraising, or investor relations. Experience in finance, technology, or startups is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in presenting ideas and handling investor inquiries.
- Motivation:
- Passionate about tech investments and eager to help a new fund grow.
