Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the senior executive team, ensuring efficient operation of their respective offices.
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive leadership team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior leadership.
- Act as a liaison between the executives and various departments, community hospitals, faculty group practices, and health center personnel.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Use independent judgment to prioritize tasks, implement administrative activities, and solve problems efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, representing the senior leadership in a professional manner.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as file management, office organization, and handling communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in advanced secretarial and administrative roles, with the ability to manage independent projects and tasks.
- Experience using personal computer applications such as word processing, databases, and spreadsheets (Excel, Access, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in all aspects of administrative support.
- Associate's degree may be substituted for experience; additional technical training or experience in database management is required.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism.
- No specific motor vehicle operator designation required.
