Overview: Welcomes and supports new hires by explaining company policies and procedures. Ensures new hires complete all onboarding requirements timely. Keeps new hires engaged during the onboarding process by answering all questions and ensuring the new hire is fully supported. Responsibilities:
Onboards and welcomes new hires to the organization.
Works collaboratively with the recruiters to support the onboarding process, creates badges as needed.
Assist new hires with completing new hire paperwork and providing supporting documentation.
Prepares new hire documents and completes new hire checklists.
Follows up with new hires throughout the on-boarding process to ensure they meet all new hire requirements such as employee health and background requirements
Emails, calls and follows up with new hires to ensure they have completed all onboarding requirements
Explains the parking procedures and ensures new hires know where to park
Explains policies and procedures to new hires such as code of conduct, dress code, safety and attendance policies
Scans new hire paperwork to E-File; creates the new hire file in eFile/REVVER
Crafts and sends communication to new hires with information about the company culture, onboarding/training agenda, parking options, perks and similar
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications: Experience Requirements: 3 years HR experience preferred4 years General administrative experience preferredEducation: High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredCollege Diploma Management, Business, Psychology, Education, Liberal Arts, Organizational Development, orHuman Resources preferredAdditional Duties: Additional duties as assigned may vary.
