Responsibilities
- Process member transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Handle cash with precision and ensure accurate debits and credits to customer accounts.
- Identify potential fraud through vigilant monitoring of transactions and utilizing appropriate prevention measures.
- Provide excellent member service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering banking solutions tailored to member needs.
- Engage in incentive activities of credit union products and services that meet members' financial goals.
- Maintain knowledge of financial software to accurately process transactions and manage member accounts.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance their banking experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to build rapport with members.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and familiarity with debits, credits, and financial software.
