Our Assistant Head Flour Miller will assist our Head Miller with overseeing the mill department and lead maintenance in the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily management and supervision of mill production personnel.
- Direct responsibility for Maintenance Technicians across all departments.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans with department heads.
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate the execution of work orders.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Advanced degree or certifications a plus.
- 1 years' experience managing direct reports in milling operations or maintenance.
