What are the responsibilities and job description for the Space Planner position at UG2?
The Space Planner is responsible for providing support of the Occupancy Strategy and Planning activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining occupancy databases, serving as the company's Document Control function, conducting periodic occupancy validation activities, and providing technical support for furniture management and other occupancy-related functions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining occupancy databases (CAD, Seating, Stacking, etc.) for all our customer's biotech sites.
- Serving as the company's Document Control function, managing the document management system.
- Ensuring effective integration of as-builts / polylines from customer's A / E firms to maintain an accurate database.
- Conducting periodic occupancy validation activities to ensure space assignment data accuracy.
- Performing occupancy studies and developing scenarios in support of occupancy strategy activities.
- Providing technical / professional support for furniture management and other occupancy-related functions.
- Developing space plans for small non-permitted changes.
- Working with the Performance & Financial Analyst to provide financial impact information regarding occupancy planning activities.
- Supporting routine space reassignment and Move Requests.
- Providing additional support for System Administration and Database Management for Nuvolo. Key Interactions :
