The Sales Lead with Keys role at UGG is a critical part of our store team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences that drive brand loyalty. You will stay up-to-date on all product knowledge, promotions, and marketing initiatives to effectively engage with customers and respond to their needs.
As an UGG Sales Lead with Keys, you will operate as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals. You will model our Service Training Program, greeting customers promptly and courteously, addressing all customer questions accurately, and providing exceptional service from start to finish. You will also maintain a positive attitude, promote the store and brand image in all interactions, and adhere to a dress code. Additionally, you will make yourself available to provide exceptional service to both in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
Key responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling money accurately, checking inventory daily, ensuring products are stocked and available for customers, and merchandising product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards. You will also maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area and employee break area. Furthermore, you will practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft in accordance with our policies.
This role requires a highly motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have two years of retail store experience and a high school diploma. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
