Job Summary:
UGM Surfaces is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Develop presentations to demonstrate the value of products or services.
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
