Your Responsibilities
- Direct Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality care to residents following the Nurse Practice Act and local standards.
- Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day activities of Nursing Assistants to ensure consistent care.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a focus on quality care and positive outcomes for residents.
- Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents and their families while embodying the B.E.T.T.E.R. values.
Your Qualifications
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Med-Surg, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) – Required.
- Licensure:
- Active Michigan LVN/LPN license.
- Must have a LARA and iChat account to run MI BGC and fingerprints.
- Housing: Must confirm housing is researched and/or secured before submission.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Required (religious/medical exemptions allowed).

- Dress Code: Matching scrubs in any color are acceptable, but gray or teal is preferred.
- Orientation: All hours billed (non-billable orientation is not applicable).
- OT: Not permitted for this assignment.
- Compliance: Travelers must clock out to ensure proper compensation.
