About the Role:
- Assess and evaluate patients to determine symptoms and risk factors.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly when necessary.
- Provide patient education and support patient advocacy.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Document care effectively.
Qualifications:
- A valid RN license.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Previous experience in behavioral health preferred.
