Palm Point is currently recruiting for Adolescent Program Manager.
The Adolescent Program Manager has overall responsibility for coordinating, supervising and implementing treatment programs and the delivery of services in an effective manner. The Program Manager supervises therapists, Recreation Therapist, Program Coordinator, and assigned interns. Works with department supervisors/scheduler to provide oversight of Mental Health Technicians(MHT). Additionally, this position is responsible for the implementation, creation, and adherence to the programming/scheduling at the adolescent program.

Qualifications
Education: Must have a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling or other related fields.
Experience: Must have at least 3 – 5- years direct clinical experience specific to family, individual and group therapy with adults. For specialized issues or treatment modalities, training must be specific to these; abuse reactive, sexual offending, substance abuse, and sexual trauma, vocational, Must have knowledge of human development over the life span. Must have supervision experience.
License/Certification:Must have current license from the State of Florida, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMFTI, LMHC OR LMHCI; Board Certified Behavioral Analyst preferred.
