Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is hiring for a Coding Specialist/Health Information Management (HIM) Technician. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position offering great pay and benefits.
In this position you will:
- Ensure up-to-date rules and conventions are utilized when coding to ensure all appropriate diagnoses and procedures are coded.
- Be responsible for ICD-10 coding efforts in the Health Information Management department.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical records, recording and maintaining accurate data relating to patient admissions, discharges and transfers, and confidential compliant release of information.

Qualifications
- Previous clinical coding experience in healthcare field preferred.
- Behavioral Health expeience preferred.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and attend to details with extreme accuracy necessary.
- Experience with 3M Encoding software and familiarity with common office machines and standard software applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
