This Clinical RN Supervisor opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule.

 

Quail Surgical and Pain Management Center in Reno, Nevada, is an outpatient surgical center dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Established by a group of community physicians, the goals of the founding physicians have not changed since they were established in 1999. These goals focus on:

Clinical RN Supervisor:  This position performs a dual function, clinical and managerial.  Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performs disciplinary actions, and participates in hiring and termination of staff.  communicates with physicians/nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.  Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications

  • Current NV State Registered Nurse License
  • Current BLS
  • Current ACLS  (may be obtained within 6 months of hire)
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in an accredited program within one year of employment or transfer into supervisory role.
  • A minimum of 3-years recent clinical nursing expeirence requried. 
  • Previous clinical supervisor experience preferred.
