Your Mission
UiPath is seeking a highly experienced Sales Acceleration Director. In this role you will drive the execution of key initiatives across the Public Sector sales organization, while supporting the AVP in developing strategies, overseeing field teams, and ensuring alignment across departments. This role requires a strong understanding of automation, AI, and platform strategy, coupled with the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage operational efficiencies and drive scale. As a trusted partner to the AVP, you will play a crucial role in aligning the field strategy with the overarching goals of UiPath, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic priorities. This position focuses on internal strategy, cross-departmental coordination, and providing high-level operational support.
What you'll do at UiPath
Strategic Partner to AVP :
- Serve as the right hand to the AVP, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with UiPath corporate goals.
- Act as a liaison between the AVP and key internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Industry, Product and Customer Success), ensuring cohesive communication and effective decision-making across the organization.
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for field teams, ensuring that automation solutions are integrated into customer success strategies and sector-wide initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing the VP with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work directly with customers, prospects and account teams to test and refine GTM strategies and execution.
