What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Serve as a strategic partner to the AVP, supporting the execution of corporate goals and initiatives

Act as a liaison between the AVP and key internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication

Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for field teams and monitor their progress

Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to scale automation strategies

Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across all internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Proven experience in a senior strategic role with a focus on automation and AI solutions

Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and leading strategic initiatives

Familiarity with platform strategy and managing operational excellence through automation

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with a track record of managing complex projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
