Position Summary
The Extra Help Information Technology Technical Associate will provide support for instructional technology and operate within a team-based service organization as a Tier 2 super user, handling escalations from Tier 1 support staff and escalating to Tier 3 system administration as needed. As Tier 2 super user, the TDX system will be utilized to track tasks given by management and respond to emails received from instructors and other constituents in the appropriate queue. Additionally this position will oversee day-to-day system administration of teaching and learning systems, including system performance, utilization, data analysis, database administration, maintenance and support, with particular relevance to the LMS. Also assist with testing and integration of UIC's learning systems.
