Position Summary
The Extra Help - Office Support Associate will assist with the communications and marketing efforts of UIC Extended Campus by developing content and elevating it through various communication channels (social media, newsletters, websites)
Duties & Responsibilities
Approx. Percent of Time: 60%
• Build and execute email and text campaigns in UIC Extended Campus Customer Relationship Management system (Slate).
• Plan and execute emails for in-person and virtual events (via Zoom) for prospective students.
• Maintain consistency with approved messaging and following approved marketing plans for email and text campaigns.
• Update content calendar with email schedule and deployment.
Approx. Percent of Time: 40%
• Manage and post social media content to Facebook and LinkedIn, update content calendar.
• Maintain and post Zoom info sessions to website.
• Ensure website copy and contents are up-to-date making changes via WordPress.
