Position Summary
Unit is seeking an Extra Help Program Assistant to work on undergraduate education research and evaluation projects with the aim of increasing undergraduate student retention and graduation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct surveys and provide analyses of fellow's pre-test data.
Share course data to Fellows to assist with interventions to keep students on track.
Assist with the organization and execution of research projects and help identify ways to improve research design.
Use quantitative and qualitative methods, practices, and theories to perform analysis.
Gather other relevant information using primary and secondary sources and techniques used to support decision making.
Assist with IRB protocol preparation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
