Bowhead is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistantto provide leadership and support to the NAWCAD contract at Patuxent River, MD.

- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests. Will g ather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports, diagrams, charts, and other visual presentation aids for presentation to stakeholders.
- Draft/develop organizational process, marketing materials, awards, and other organization business documentation.
- Extract data from variety of sources and produce reports, charts, graphs and other presentations materials.
- Responsible for crafting organizational procedures, promotional content, recognition programs, and various business documents.
- May be called upon to train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
- As required for coverage, may be called upon to execute standard administrative duties including drafting communications, managing visitor access, maintaining, and updating organizational records and files, assisting with new hire processes and departures, organizing conference calls, and planning events.
- Performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, perform visitor control functions, update organizational databases and documents, support on-boarding/off-boarding activities, arranging conference calls, and coordination of the scheduling of events.
- An associate degree and with three years of relevant work experience as an administrative assistant is preferred as this role involves supporting higher-level positions and undertaking specific tasks under the guidance of more experienced staff.
- A High School diploma or GED is required at a minimum, supplemented with two additional years of experience relevant to the job category, can serve as an alternative to an associate degree.
- Must posess c ommunication skills, writing skills and be detail oriented.
- Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
