This role will ensure seamless collaboration between finance, product, and engineering teams to streamline cost management and decision-making. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance profitability and financial sustainability across the organization.#LI-MH1What you'll do at UiPathStrategic Leadership : Develop and implement a company-wide FinOps strategies for all Cloud Hosting spend. Align with business objectives and drive financial accountability across technology teams.Budget Management : Oversee the budgeting process for cloud services and software development, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.Cost Optimization : Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, monitor cloud spend, and develop frameworks for efficient resource allocation.Collaboration : Partner with engineering, product management, and finance teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.Data Analysis : Analyze financial data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities related to technology expendituresWhat you'll bring to the teamProven track record (10 yrs) of FinOps, Technical Program Management, or related experience within the cloud software industry.Proven experience in cloud financial management and cost optimization strategies.Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Familiarity with financial tools and software used in cloud cost management.Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job? Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
