Certified Pharmacy Technician (by PTCB or ExCPhT); Registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements for this position may include standing for greater than five hours at a time and possibly walking several miles per day, as well as the ability to reach items above shoulder-level and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; some nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required in order to meet departmental needs.
Job Summary
This Pharmacy Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for UKHC Retail Pharmacies; organization, communication and documentation for Retail Pharmacy credentialing. Oversight of National Council for Prescription Drug Programs website.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
This position requires dependability and the ability to prioritize. The successful candidate must be reliable and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years of pharmacy related experience with at least one year of an ADAP program pharmacy experience Must be a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT).
