As the IT Operations Intern, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you:
- Assists the IT operations team in monitoring and maintaining the company's network, servers, and other infrastructure components.
- Works with the IT operations team during day-to-day end user support.
- Helps troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, hardware upgrades, and system backups.
- Participates in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Assists in managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels for various IT systems and applications.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stays up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Familiarity and willingness to learn more about IT service management concepts, such as incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Ability to take direction and show initiative but also work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles, computer hardware, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Available to work full-time during the internship period.
