Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ulbrich of California (UOC). The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing inbound and outbound freight charges, freight classifications, delivery schedules, carrier capabilities, and transportation regulations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time product shipment.
- Prepare required shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Material Certifications, shipping labels, and export paperwork.
- Communicate with freight forwarders to verify bookings and ensure that export orders are picked up and shipped on a timely basis.
- Coordinate the shipment of all inbound mill stock material, intracompany transfers, and customer returns to the service center.
