As a Cabin Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing an exceptional experience while generating opportunities for our Cabin Sales Designers. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Business Development
- Be the welcoming face of Ulrich, greeting customers and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Engage with potential buyers, uncovering their initial needs, interests, and budget to prepare them for the Cabin Sales Designer.
- Educate customers on the Ulrich Proven Process, ensuring they understand the value of our cabins and services.
- Assist in scheduling sales appointments and proactively following up with leads.
- Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Cabin Sales Designers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
- Assist in CRM data entry, lead tracking, and reporting to support sales goals.
- Support the sales team by preparing materials, organizing customer information, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead to buyer.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales reception area.
- Monitor and restock sales office supplies as needed.
- Assist with order updates, documentation, and payment collection as necessary.
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of customer service, hospitality, or sales experience (front desk, inside sales, or retail preferred).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM software (HubSpot preferred), Google Suite, and office technology.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Career-driven with a strong interest in sales and business development.
- Persuasive and proactive, comfortable engaging with potential buyers.
- Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow into a Cabin Sales Designer role.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused with a hospitality mindset.

Work Location & Hours
- In-person role at Cleburne Cabin Park
- Monday - Saturday, with Sundays always off. Your second day off will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, determined by the manager based on business needs.
- This is an office-based role (not remote/hybrid)
