As a Seasonal Task Associate with Ulta Beauty, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is stocked and tasks assigned by the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager are completed.
- Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboards and ensure timely completion of all operational processes.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training, focusing on brand and category education to drive sales performance and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift, performing frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
