THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Sr. Organizational Change Analyst is responsible for assisting in the creation, implementation and execution of change management plans for initiatives in the Transformation Office Portfolio. In alignment with Sr. Change Managers, this individual will be focused on delivering core change deliverables, including, but not limited to, communications, training and engagement. The individual will work to build and maintain effective relationships with support and project teams across a wide variety of business areas. 

 

This role will partner closely with other capability areas within the Transformation Office including Program Management and Execution, Value Realization, and Portfolio Management. This individual should be comfortable in building and managing relationships across the business, demonstrating accountability for results, and managing through ambiguity.

 

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Partner in the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that change management activities are aligned with project objectives and company goals.
  • Assist in developing and conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and implementation planning for downstream change management activities
  • Support the completion of change management assessments and change management strategies; identify and manage anticipated resistance; create actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan.
  • Support the integration of change management activities into the project plan.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness; manage stakeholders; track and report issues; define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Perform routine and ad-hoc change management tactics to meet customer needs.
  • Facilitate communication and training efforts to enhance understanding and engagement among employees at all levels.
  • Serve as a change advocate, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation within the organization.
  • Approach projects with an employee readiness mindset, considering the impact on all end users (e.g., leaders, managers, employees, etc.)
  • Advise key stakeholders and other program team members on best practices within change management
  • Assist in defining and measuring success and adoption metrics, and monitor change progress among stakeholders
  • Partner with business leadership and Human Resources to map impacted end users to all appropriate job roles based on their future state roles and responsibilities
  • Partner with Enterprise Training to provide input and support for the design and delivery of training programs where needed
  • Ensure integration with other stakeholder engagement leads to ensure seamless delivery of program OCM strategies and readiness of all impacted stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable collaborating at all levels of an organization
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or relevant work experience in an HR or change management role
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in human resources, people, talent strategy and/or change management
  • PROSCI or other change management methodology certification a plus
  • Strong consulting skills, including the capability to quickly identify and develop improvement opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to share ideas and information across diverse audiences to drive to business decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence
  • Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity
  • Willingness to work and integrate with multiple partners
  • Excellent time management, planning, management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and make ongoing decisions with key stakeholder input.
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment.
