We are looking for a highly motivated Software Integration Engineer II to join our team!
The Software Integration Engineer II will ensure the efficient operation and integration of our software and provide hands-on technical support to internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a proactive mindset, capable of troubleshooting software issues, automating solutions, and contributing to documentation.
How You'll Contribute
- Ensure data analysis and software executes in an optimal environment and provide timely support and resolutions to issues
- Develop automated solutions to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot software
- Collaborate with internal software and bioinformatics teams to recommend solutions and improvements
- Facilitate the integration of Ultima software with customer's sequencing workflow
- Capture and document root cause and lessons learned from issues
- Compile statistics and key metrics for software performance and reliability
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
At Ultima Genomics, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $110,000and $125,000, if performed in California, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
