What You’ll Do :
Oversee MDS processes, PDPM compliance, and reimbursement strategies across multiple facilities
Ensure QIPP (Quality Incentive Payment Program) success through performance monitoring and compliance
Manage PBJ (Payroll-Based Journal) reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
Conduct audits, analyze data, and implement best practices to optimize reimbursement
Train and mentor MDS coordinators and facility teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Work closely with regional leadership, administrators, and finance teams
What We’re Looking For :
RN, LVN, or Relevant Clinical Background (strongly preferred)
Extensive MDS / Clinical Reimbursement Leadership Experience in Skilled Nursing
Expertise in QIPP & PBJ Reporting – must have a proven track record
In-Depth Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid Regulations and reimbursement strategies
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to drive improvements
Ability to Travel as needed across multiple facilities
