Job Overview
The Manager of Sales and Initiatives provides leadership, feedback, and directing staff and management to assure exceptional customer service is met throughout the entire installation process. This position is responsible for building strong business relationships with our Lowe’s business partners. The position will also require strong organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to analyze reporting, and demonstrate strong leadership skills in order to assist the company with its strategic goals.

- Ability to create policies and operations strategies that must be communicated to employees and management to ensure alignment with our goals.
- Ability to find solutions through analytical reporting and put polices and process in place.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills as well as leadership skills.
- Ability to provide strong customer service skills through phone, email, and Chat.
- Ability to resolve complex complaints by investigating issues as they arise while providing an end resolution in a timely manner.
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively sort and track large amounts of information.
- Must be able to work a forty-hour work week with some travel when needed to assure the daily and weekly work is completed.
- Must demonstrate a positive, upbeat manner even while facing complex problems or difficult situations.
- Preparing work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data information and documents.
- Ability to review and understand documents that are handled on a daily basis correctly.
- Ability to create a strong business relationship with business partners and sales teams.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your market(s) (subject to change)
- Craftsmanship, Professionalism, and LTR
- Understanding of common flooring installation standards and product knowledge.
- The ability to handle other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass criminal background check
- At least five years of related experience required, with prior management experience highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Understanding of common flooring installation standards and product knowledge.
- Able to work with all levels of staff
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other software program
