Ultimate Jet Vacations Product Manager is responsible for building and managing supplier relationships in the Caribbean and Mexico luxury hotel market. This role focuses on curating exceptional partnerships, maintaining a competitive portfolio, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams. A skilled communicator, master negotiator, and expert in the luxury travel industry, this individual will play a key role in expanding UJVs presence in this dynamic region.

What Ill Do :
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with supplier partners in the Caribbean and Mexico luxury hotel market, ensuring contract renewals and ongoing collaboration.
Identify, contract, and onboard new supplier partnerships within this region, curating a competitive portfolio of 5- and 4.5-star hotels.
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure suppliers are set up for success in operations and sales.
Stay informed on luxury travel market trends and create data-driven production reports.
Manage and maintain internal systems to ensure accurate contracts, pricing, and supplier content.
Negotiate beneficial margins, terms, and operating conditions with suppliers.
Represent UJV at supplier-related events, including trade shows, in-person visits, and industry gatherings.
Partner with the Product Marketing team to pitch and oversee co-op marketing opportunities.
Resolve escalated issues with supplier partnerships promptly and professionally.
Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the team and company.

Proven success in contract negotiation, securing beneficial terms and lasting partnerships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Experience solving unique challenges with creative solutions that meet the needs of both internal reservations teams and partner clients.
