Job Summary
The receptionist will be our company’s first point of contact, greeting all customers and visitors to our office. You will also coordinate front-desk activities such as answering incoming phone calls, contacting employees regarding visitors, and sorting and distributing mail.
Key Responsibilities

Main point of contact for the facility
Greet incoming visitors/guests, answer and screen multiple phone lines and direct calls to the appropriate department or person; take messages when appropriate.
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Maintains a neat and clean desk and reception area at all times.

Provide administrative support help to other staff members including, but not limited to: writing/typing/editing correspondence, filing, copying, scanning, creating spreadsheets/ documents
Sort and distribute daily mail including Amazon, UPS, FEDEX mailings.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining supplies in all breakrooms and supply rooms throughout the building.
Maintain a neat, clean office breakroom, including weekly refrigerator clean out.
Maintains accurate, updated inventory of all office, breakroom, swag items.

Assist with Human Resource
Attend Social Committee meetings and other employee engagement planning

Assists in other duties and projects, as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Minimum Required:
High School diploma
Preferred:
Associate’s degree
Experience
Minimum Required:
Prior experience as a receptionist or similar role

Minimum Required:
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Solid written and verbal communication skills
