Essential Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in first- and/or third-party insurance coverage litigation (defense preferred)
- Admission to either North Carolina or South Carolina (must secure admission to both within one year; assistance provided)
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Handling first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conducting research and preparing comprehensive legal analyses and opinions
- Representing clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
